Wetherby Manor Opening March 2013

Construction work is nearing completion at Wetherby Manor, the new £6 million Hadrian Healthcare Group residential nursing care home in Wetherby.

Jas Gill, managing director of Hadrian Healthcare Group said: “The development will create 60 jobs and we will open for residents in March 2013.

“There will be 59 bedrooms, including a specially designed suite for people with dementia, plus eight self-contained independent living suites for residents who need minimal care but benefit from living in a supported environment.

“We provide five star care and accommodation and we seek to enrich the lives of all our residents, encouraging them to continue being part of community life." 

Wetherby Manor is situated in the heart of Wetherby town centre, just a short two mile drive from junction 47 on the A1 and close to the beautiful River Wharfe. Wetherby Parish Church is the immediate neighbour with other local amenities - including a library, chemist, selection of public houses, shops and a supermarket - just a short walk away.
