Active Home From Home

The lifestyle coordinators at Hadrian Healthcare Group homes are helping residents stay as active as they want to be. From boccia to ballroom, crafts to coffee mornings there’s something to interest everyone.

Residents have taken part in reminiscence sessions at local museums, played golf, gone swimming and to the seaside.  Gardening, cake making, exercise classes and music, to list a few, are all on the activities ‘menu’.

“When people choose to live at a Hadrian Healthcare home we get to know them and their relatives and what’s important to them,” said Penny Macnair, operations director.

“Activities help people maintain their independence. Residents may have an interest or hobby that they would like to pursue and we’ll make every effort to allow them to do so in a safe way.”
