Clapping and Fireworks for the NHS and Carers

Hadrian Healthcare made a special occasion of  the final Thursday’s 8pm ‘Clap for Carers’.

The company took the opportunity to celebrate at both The Manor House Whickham and The Manor House Gosforth Care Homes to thank not only all frontline workers in the NHS, but also all the staff working in their care homes.

Care home residents, their family members and members of the local community, all carefully social distancing, joined in the clapping and enjoyed firework displays from the garden at each of the homes.

Hadrian Healthcare Managing Director, Jas Gill, said: “The past three months have been a challenging time for everyone involved in healthcare provision, especially with care homes. Our staff have shown, and continue to show, tremendous devotion and commitment to the care of our residents and, for that, we are incredibly grateful. This is just one way we can enable people within the local community and our own residents and families to openly show their appreciation of the work these incredible people do.”
