Hadrian Healthcare Group - Coronavirus (Covid-19)

Following the Prime Minister's instructions on Monday 23 March, we have now taken the difficult decision to cease visits to our care homes.

The care of our residents is our first priority. We will continue to do our very best to support our residents and their families in maintaining communication by co-ordinating facetime, Skype and/or telephone calls. We have asked families to ensure eachhome has up-to-date contact details for a lead family member, including mobile phone number. We recognise that maintaining effective communication during this period is vital.

Whilst the current situation is unprecedented, we are doing our utmost to maintain the safety of our residents. All essential clinical visits and appointments will continue, in order to ensure our residents receive all the care they need. We understand there will be certain circumstances that necessitate a visit to loved ones and, in those cases, we ask that family members contact the Home Manager directly to make arrangements. Contact details of our Home Managers are given at the foot of this message.
