Plans Now Submitted for a New Manor House in Penrith

Following the acquisition of our site in Penrith last year, we’re delighted to share that our planning application for a new Manor House has now been submitted.

The former site of the large veterinary practice on Carleton Hill Road is a perfect location for our proposed luxury Care Home. This will be set within stunning landscaped gardens and offer a unique standard luxury accommodation and care for the elderly people of Penrith and the surrounding areas.

Subject to approval, we hope to start on site in April this year and we look forward to keeping you updated with our progress.
